  • Rebuilt on Eleventy + Cloudflare Pages — Super.so's flexibility had turned into a maintenance burden; AI-assisted development made a fully custom site feasible again
  • Migrated hosting to Cloudflare Pages (free tier); only ongoing cost is AI tooling
