Cities schedule preventative maintenance to help avoid potential problems from happening. This was a zero to one project where I designed a new product for managing workflows amongst multiple internal and external parties.
The initial concept mockups resulted in a $100,000 contract to build out this new product.
ItemWhite-Label Ticketing SaaS Platform
The first project in my UX career was initiating & leading a responsive redesign project of the existing web platform.
Within 9 months the project was built and all client sites had been upgraded to the new, modern design.
ItemTicket Scanning App
This redesign improved usability of the locked screen mode, preventing accidental taps while scanning.
The solution was a single tap of the lock icon to enable lock mode and a slide to exit interaction to disable.
ItemBox Office Admin SaaS Platform
Redesigned ticketing platform using responsive design & best practices.
1900% increase in platform adoption increasing clients from 10 to 200.

I’m Leo, a Product Designer with 8+ years of professional UI and UX experience. My time working in Customer Support, QA, and Front End Development gives a more informed perspective as a designer. I'm passionate about using design to make technology work for people. People should not be working for technology.
I’m currently spending time with family and friends in my home state of New York while I search for my next career opportunity. Throughout my life, I’ve lived in several countries including America, Australia, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, and Croatia. Traveling helps me grow as a person and as a global citizen. If I’m not pushing my boundaries I’m not growing.
