The majority of my career has been working to help SaaS companies build great products that align business goals with user needs.
UX Journey
I discovered the field through Springboard.com at the start of my second year working at UniversityTickets. As it was a small company, no one was working on UX, and I had already demonstrated a talent for design + strong attention to detail my manager supported me in starting to take on the role of UX Designer. I attended conferences, took online courses, read books, and attended local meetups—anything I could to learn.
